With the holiday season fast approaching, we are getting ready to put our green-living ideals to the test. This means going toe-to-toe with the multi-billion-dollar gifting industry that’s peddling non-biodegradable, one-time-use products—along with ribbons, gift cards, and more plastic nonsense than we know what to do with. All of it, no matter how cute or festive, is destined for the landfill once the season is over.
